Today we’re introducing one of the most important concepts in the Systems of Change workshop, the Law of Incremental Change. The law of incremental change is about a small adjustment made toward a targeted result.
This is how we will go about learning these very powerful tools for creating massive lasting change in anyone we are working with. Incrementally and consistently.
Real success comes from compounding actions over time and where you are right now is a result of thousands of micro decisions. Where you’ll be a year from now is a result of today’s micro decisions.
When you focus on INCREMENTAL changes, it takes the pressure off and paradoxically, change can happen very fast. You build an incredible foundation to make long lasting change.
Each week we are going to be introducing new concepts and breaking those down into smaller bite sized chunks.
At first there might be a bit of discomfort as you start to learn each piece. I want you to think of it as a puzzle. We will introduce new pieces each week and as you practice and become more comfortable with each individual piece… at the end they will all come together and make sense as to how using these pieces together create massive change.

SYSTEMS – WHAT’S THE BIG DEAL?
The first step of this journey is to understand that we are breaking down the material into SYSTEMS.
A system is :
*a regularly interacting or interdependent group of items forming a unified whole.
*A set of things working together as parts of a mechanism or as an interconnecting network; a complex whole.
*A set of interacting or interdependent component parts forming a complex/intricate whole

The first step of mastering the skills of creating massive change is to understand that we are working within a system and each part of that system play a very important role in either keeping someone stuck or creating successful outcomes.

Go through each section and mark all the pieces that are necessary the object to work.
As you go through this quiz, pay attention to just many systems are used in your life on a daily basis. Take note of how many of these systems operate below your conscious awareness… in other words, you literally take for granted.
You might notice that we use systems everywhere, yet pay very little attention to all the parts of the system… we expect the system to operate as a whole.

WHAT IS THE "RIGHT WAY" TO DO SYSTEMS OF CHANGE?
Our most common question is “How can I do SYSTEMS CHANGE the ‘Right Way’?”
It totally depends on your learning style and understanding of the concepts. There is a huge amount of information in the six week period. Take your time, do the exercises, and practice, practice, and practice some more. If you are struggling to understand any of the concepts, go to the Face Book page and ask questions.
Should you do it over 6 weeks and go through each lesson one by one?
Yes, if that works for you. You’ll receive an email each week with the new lessons so you can follow SYSTEMS OF CHANGE in a logical, chronological order.
Can I binge watch all the videos now?
You might be tempted to race through them in one week. Each week will be unlocked with exercises and lessons to cover before we meet live. You’ll still receive a weekly email with a reminder of new lessons. Take a little time to let the lessons integrate. There is no rush.

DO I STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURSE AFTER SIX WEEKS?
Yes of course! You have life-time access to the course plus any future updates. You can go through it at your leisure or repeat it when you’ve hit a new learning plateau.
